StV Informatik: Transparency

All projects at a glance

Our Dashboard

We have been maintaining a Project Dashboard since 2022: Here you can find all our current and past projects, who was involved in the project and what the current status is.

However, not all of our tasks can be displayed in the dashboard. To keep the platform clear, only larger projects are included in the list. You will therefore find regular tasks (such as supporting and organizing our office hours and monthly get-togethers, answering emails and inquiries, as well as meetings of commissions and task forces) as "jobs" elsewhere on the dashboard or summarized in permanent projects.

We make every effort to keep the projects up to date - if something is missing or seems out of date, please let us know!

Some Selected Projects have also received their own page with more information.

Participate in Committees

Stuko-Document

The student union represents you in numerous committees: This is where decisions are made about who will teach you in the future and how the study program should develop in general.

We are not allowed to report on all committees, but we want to give you at least an overview of the work of our most important committee: The Study Committee ("Stuko") decides on your curriculum and study planning.

If you have any suggestions for the committee, we will put them forward for you!

StV Evaluation

As the name suggests, student representatives represent you students. To ensure that we can do this properly, we ask for feedback on our work every year in a large anonymous survey.

As part of the survey, we often receive exciting suggestions for new projects, but we also learn when offers have not yet been taken up or are simply not needed. You can find the detailed evaluations and the conclusions drawn from them here!

Of course, you don't have to wait until the next survey to give us your feedback - just get in touch with us, we welcome all comments!

Guidelines and Structure

Discord Moderation

Our Discord-Server is the main communication channel for our students contains almost 6000 members. With more than 1000 messages each week, moderation is necessary to ensure everyone feels welcome on the server.

Here are our internal moderation guideliines, the different roles and permission management on the server. You can also find out how to become a mod yourself - we are always happy to have new mods that aren't ÖH members.
