ÖH ReMI is a consultation centre for migrants who have chosen or are intending to choose austria and our university for their studies. Several questions arise while doing so:

• What preconditions must be given for the admission and which documents are required?
• What type of visa do I need? Does my visa-extension require any evidence?
• Do I need to pay tuition fees? Can I get a scholarship?
• What supplementary tests do I need to take in order to begin my studies?
• How can I get myself insured? Am I allowed to work?
• ....

The ReMI Team provides information and advice in all these matters and supports migrant students to find their way through the university life - either by personal counselling or online through E-Mail.

• What documents and requirements do I need for admission to a degree programme?
• Which visa do I need? Do I need proof to extend my visa?
• How much will the degree programme cost me and is there a scholarship for me?
• Which supplementary examinations do I need for my degree programme?
• How am I insured? Can I go to work?
• ...

The ReMI team answers all these questions and also helps students to find their way through everyday study life - both in person during consultation hours and by e-mail!
