As part of the ÖH JKU Welcome Day, the so-called EM groups will also be introduced. "EM" stands for first semester mentoring and is one of the ÖH JKU's most successful projects.

The ÖH wants to make your start in student life as easy as possible and EM offers you the perfect opportunity to find new fellow students and friends. Once you've decided on a group, you'll never want to miss it again. Your "group leaders", all students themselves, will guide you through the semester. The focus is on getting to know fellow students, exchanging experiences with each other and with the higher-semester group leaders.
