Financial Overview

ÖH JKU is primarily financed via your ÖH Fee: Of your ~25€ each semester, roughly 21€ end up with ÖH JKU (the rest is used to cover your ÖH Insurance and for services of the Federal Representation).

We want to give you an overview of what we do with your money. On this page, you'll therefore find the following documents:

• Annual Budget Plan ("Jahresvoranschlag"): Each fiscal year, we create a plan on how we want to invest our budget.
• Annual Financial Statement ("Jahresabschluss"): For all previous years, you can find a list of our expenses. Since this statement is double checked by external experts, it can sometimes take a while until it is published.
• Transparency-Overview: Bigger expenses and sources of income (more than 2000€) are published again seperately.
• Compensations ("Funktionsgebühren"): Some of our volunteers are compensated financially for their work - this includes all elected mandates and department heads. The compensation should not be confused with actual salary however: A quick peak into our published list will make clear that working for ÖH remains a volunteering job :)
