The Idea

Lively Campus

Students at JKU get involved in a wide range of projects, initiatives, and associations. They bring their ideas and talents into research groups, work on sustainability, coach young people, and promote cultural exchange on campus. Our students put their knowledge into practice, build networks across disciplines and countries, develop innovative technological concepts, and even start their own businesses.

ÖH JKU wants to support students who are eager to get involved and help shape campus life: Student Clubs and Initiatives can apply for accreditation with ÖH JKU. Once certain criteria are met, the club is accredited and can benefit from our support:
Accredited clubs can book university rooms for free through ÖH JKU, may receive financial support upon request, and are promoted on this website as well as on social media.
