You want to gain your first professional experience alongside your studies in an agile HR department, working in an innovative and international environment? We are looking for a People Operations Intern this summer to support our local team with all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle, ensuring positive experiences to our stakeholder with a particular focus on Leave of Absences, Working Time and Labor Law knowledge.
During your internship at Dynatrace you will get hands-on experience in multiple tasks and activities such as:
• Independent handling of personnel-related topics
• Ticket management
• Administrative support for our People Operations team
What will help you succeed
• On-going or completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or similar.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Labor Law.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Solution-oriented and independent working style
• Hands-on mentality and diplomatic skills.

Additional Information
For summer internships, we do offer a minimum monthly gross salary of 2000€.
