In unserer 3er WG wird ein 25 qm Zimmer frei! Die Miete von 467,85€ beinhaltet die Miete, Betriebskosten und W-LAN. Das Zimmer ist auf eine Seitenstraße der Landstraße ausgerichtet, lediglich parkende Autos sind bemerkbar, ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig :) Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Küchenutensilien, etc.) und hat 2 Bäder. Wobei WC und Bad getrennt sind. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert; der derzeitige Mieter ist jedoch gerne bereit, die Möbel an die neue Person zu verkaufen. Ein Fahrrad kann im Erdgeschoss abgestellt werden. Und es gibt einen gemeinsamen Garten im Erdgeschoss mit den Nachbarn.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Linz:

Zu Fuß bist du in nur wenigen Schritten auf der Landstraße und dann gleich bei der Mozartkreuzung. Wir genießen eine sehr ruhige Lage, da keine Fließverkehrsstraße an der Wohnung vorbeiführt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte (Billa, Hofer, Merkur), Apotheken und ein Sportgeschäft. Auch der Bauernberg mit wunderschönem Park ist nicht weit entfernt, sowie die Donaulände. Ebenso ist es zu Altstadt, Hauptplatz und Bahnhof nicht weit.

WG Leben:

Deine Mitbewohner sind Anna und Alenka Im Zusammenleben sind wir recht unkompliziert. Einen Putzplan gibt es und wir können sonst alles offen kommunizieren. Wir treffen uns meist in der Küche zum Quatschen und gelegentlichen gemeinsamen Essen.

In our 3-person shared flat a 25 sqm room is free from end of July. The rent of 467,85€ includes rent, running costs and W-LAN. The room faces a side street of the country road, only parked cars are noticeable, otherwise it is very quiet :) All apartment has big windows with a lot of natural light. The apartment is fully equipped (Washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, etc.) and has 2 bathrooms. WC and bathroom are separated. The room comes unfurnished; however the current tenant is happy to sell the furniture to the incoming person. A bicycle can be parked on the ground floor. And there is a shared garden on the ground floor with the neighbors.

The apartment is located in the heart of Linz:

On foot you are in just a few steps on the Landstraße and then right at the Mozartkreuzung. We enjoy a very quiet location, since no flowing traffic road passes by the apartment. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets (Billa, Hofer, Merkur), pharmacies and a sports centers. Also the Bauernberg with a beautiful park is not far away, as well as the Donaulände. Likewise, it is not far to the old town, main square and train station.

WG Life:

Your flatmates are Anna and Alenka, studying in ABPU. Living together we are quite uncomplicated. There is a cleaning schedule and we can communicate everything else openly. We usually meet in the kitchen to chat and occasionally eat together.
