9m² Zimmer im Hausprojekt Willy*Fred (5er WG)

Das WillFred sucht eine neue Zwischenmieterin für das kleinste Zimmer in unserer zentral gelegenen 5er-WG am Graben! Das Zimmer ist mit 8,4 m² zwar kompakt, hat aber eine eingebaute Hochebene, die zusätzlichen Raum bietet – es fehlt nur noch eine Matratze. Das Fenster zeigt zur ruhigeren Seite des Hauses, nicht direkt zur Straße.

Einzug ist ab sofort möglich!

Die Miete beträgt 280 € (inkl. Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas & Internet), Kaution: 500 €.

Die WG hat ca. 200 m², liegt im 2. Stock und bietet zwei Badezimmer (eines mit Badewanne), eine große Wohnküche, Stauraum sowie alle gängigen Haushaltsgeräte wie Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Decken sind ca. 3 m hoch, das gibt der Wohnung ein luftiges Gefühl.

Unsere Wohnung liegt mitten in Linz, nur fünf Minuten vom Hauptplatz und Taubenmarkt entfernt. Auch die Kunstuni ist gleich ums Eck! Hofer, Lidl, Spar sowie viele Cafés und Kulturorte sind direkt in der Nähe.

Wir sind momentan eine Zweck-WG mit ruhigem, unabhängigen Zusammenleben. In letzter Zeit gab es etwas Fluktuation, also formt sich die WG gerade neu. Wenn du offen, unkompliziert und respektvoll bist, fühlst du dich hier bestimmt wohl.

Da es Pläne gibt, die Wohnung in Zukunft umzustrukturieren, wird das Zimmer befristet für max. ein Jahr vergeben. Es handelt sich also um eine Zwischenmiete – du wärst kein offizielles Mitglied des Hausprojekts, nutzt aber dieselben Räume.

Short-term sublet: Cozy, central WG room in Linz – available now!

Will*Fred is looking for a new temporary tenant for the smallest room in our centrally located 5-person shared flat on Graben! The room is 8.4 m², compact but features a built-in mezzanine – it just needs a mattress. The window faces the quieter side of the house, not the street.

Move-in is possible immediately!

Rent is €280 (incl. utilities, electricity, gas & internet), deposit: €500.

The flat is approx. 200 m², located on the 2nd floor, and has two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a spacious kitchen and living area, extra storage, and all essential appliances like a washing machine and dishwasher. The ceilings are about 3 m high, giving the place an airy vibe.

We are located right in the heart of Linz, just 5 minutes from the main square (Hauptplatz) and Taubenmarkt. The Art University is just around the corner, as are grocery stores (Hofer, Lidl, Spar), cafés, and cultural spaces.

We're currently a Zweck-WG (practical shared flat) with a relaxed and independent living situation. There’s been a bit of reshuffling recently, so the group is in a bit of a transition. If you're open, respectful, and easygoing, this could be a good fit!

As the apartment might be restructured into smaller units in the future, the room is available only as a short-term sublet for a maximum of one year. You would not be part of the house collective officially, but still live in the shared space.
