Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 29,311 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend.

As part of our Customer Happiness team, you will:

 

-Work in an international company that puts their customers first and wants to provide an outstanding customer service experience.

-Provide written support to customers globally through email and live chat, utilizing our ticket system.

-Use your quick thinking and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize processes when it comes to solving customer requests.

-Utilize your tech know-how to efficiently address and troubleshoot technical issues.

Your profile

Key requirements:

 

-2+ years of professional experience in customer service, ideally with ticket systems

-Great communication skills

-Very good English skills (C1 or higher)

-Proficiency in German, Italian, French or Spanish is a plus

-Valid work permit for Austria
