2+ years of customer service experience; Strong communication skills; English proficiency (C1 or higher); German, Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus
As part of our Customer Happiness team, you will:
-Work in an international company that puts their customers first and wants to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
-Provide written support to customers globally through email and live chat, utilizing our ticket system.
-Use your quick thinking and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize processes when it comes to solving customer requests.
-Utilize your tech know-how to efficiently address and troubleshoot technical issues.

Your profile
Key requirements:
-2+ years of professional experience in customer service, ideally with ticket systems
-Great communication skills
-Very good English skills (C1 or higher)
-Proficiency in German, Italian, French or Spanish is a plus
-Valid work permit for Austria
