I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request the availability of the apartment.

I am a Master’s degree student at JKU and a responsible, clean, and non-smoking person. Along with my studies, I am also employed, so I am financially stable and able to pay the rent on time. Due to my job and studies, I spend very little time at home and usually return only at night.

I am in urgent need of accommodation and would be very grateful if you would consider my request. Kindly let me know the rental deposit amount and any other requirements.
