Your job
• Cloud Infrastructure services: You configure, manage and monitor services on Linux machines as well as on Kubernetes clusters, and implement solutions based on Bash scripts. Further you optimize our Oracle databases and MariaDB databases for performance and reliability.
• Software Implementation: You ensure our software runs smoothly in all environments and act as a key point of contact for technical enquiries.
• Automation: As a central part of your job, you drive the automation of manual processes, empowering our product- and service delivery-teams and enhancing efficiency and stability of our cloud infrastructure platform – the backbone of our business.
• Collaboration and Problem-Solving: You collaborate with colleagues from other teams and our external partners to analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and availability of our services
• Incident Management: You analyze incidents and continuously improve service quality and robustness.
• You participate in regular on-call rotations, including weekends, to provide support during critical incidents.
Your skills and qualifications
• Completed education in IT (vocational high school, university, FH)
• Very good skills in Oracle SQL and experience with the Oracle Database administration
• Good analytical skills and the drive to learn and develop continuously
• Confidence working in Unix/Linux environments and a good understanding of networks and infrastructure is beneficial
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Grafana, NGINX, and Keycloak to support container orchestration, system monitoring, web server management, and secure authentication workflows.

Compensation
We are legally required to mention the compensation for this position.
We offer a minimum salary of € 45.000 gross/year (38,5 hours/week,
no All-in contracts) plus an employee bonus and numerous other
benefits. Of course, we are adapting the compensation according to your
experience and qualification.
