Food and Drinks 🍖
As every year, there is a wide range of food and drink on offer again this year:
In addition to the star of the event—the Bio Spanferkerl*—there are also Bio Cutlet and Bio-Sausage with cheese filling. But vegetarian and vegan delights are also catered for: there are both vegetarian and vegan patties that are just as tasty as the rest. And if you’re craving something sweet after all that food, the best place to stop by is the nitrogen ice cream station! They serve homemade ice cream in a variety of flavors—each one better than the last!
Stormy Ride to Oz!
This year, thanks to our main sponsor KERN engineering careers, there will be a Rodeo-Bullriding! Whirled around by the tornado, or still in the saddle? Show off your skills.

What happens when
16:00—Here we go!
The party starts at 16:00! Our barbecue and bar are waiting for your visit!
17:00—Pig cutting and Wirtshausmusi
At 5 pm there is the cutting of the first Bio Spanferkel* accompanied by a fanfare of the Wirtshausmusi! The brass band will continue to play live music afterwards!
19:30—ÖH JKU Bigband
This year we have two live music performances; at 19:30 the ÖH JKU Bigband replaces the Wirtshausmusi.
20:00—Barbecue stop
Unfortunately we can't provide you with food forever… So get something to eat before 8 pm—whether meat, vegetarian or vegan!
21:15—Last round
You want another beer? Another shot? Always welcome—until 9:15 pm!
21:45—Closing time
As we like to have our cups back, we have a deposit system. However, we also have to call it a day at some point, so please make sure you return your empties before 9:45 pm!
Unfortunately, we cannot give you your deposit back after that!

To help you find your way around the event, you can view our map here:
Pick up your food and drink coupons at Kassa near the Management Center—that’s also where you’ll find our delicious liquid nitrogen ice cream (Eis) and, a little further back, our Rodeo-Bullriding attraction!
Drinks are available at the Bar right next to the Uniteich; next to it, you’ll find the cup return booth (Pfand).
You can get food at the Grill in the northeast corner of the LUI Gastgarten and at the pork grill (Sau-Grill) in the square in front of the Juridicum.
Near the grill, you’ll find our first responders (Ersthelfer) and the Awareness Team: Our Awareness Team will make sure that everyone feels welcome at the event, they are here for your concerns - more on them here!
