Weibliche Mitbewohnerin für 3er-WG im Linzer Zentrum gesucht

Wir sind zwei Studentinnen und suchen eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin für unsere neue 3er-WG im Zentrum von Linz. 😊

Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß. Die Miete beträgt €400/Monat, dazu kommen voraussichtlich ca. €50/Monat für Strom, Heizung, Wasser etc. Die Nebenkosten werden unter uns drei Personen gleichmäßig geteilt. Die Kaution für dieses Zimmer beträgt €1.200.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 85 m² groß, befindet sich im 3. Stock mit Lift und hat drei separate Zimmer, eine große Küche mit Essbereich, Badezimmer, separates WC und einen Abstellraum. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt (Hauptplatz).

Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, sodass du es nach deinem eigenen Geschmack einrichten kannst. Der Vermieter stellt einen neuen Kühlschrank und Herd zur Verfügung. Eine Waschmaschine werden wir für die WG noch organisieren.

Wir wünschen uns eine freundliche und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin, die mindestens ein Jahr bleiben möchte.

We are two female students looking for a female flatmate to join our new 3-person shared apartment in central Linz. 😊

The available room is approximately 20 m². The rent is €400/month, plus approximately €50/month for utilities such as electricity, heating and water. Utilities will be shared equally among the three flatmates. The deposit for this room is €1,200.

The apartment is approximately 85 m², located on the 3rd floor with an elevator, and has three separate rooms, a spacious kitchen/dining area, bathroom, separate WC and storage room. The nearest tram stop is only about a 2-minute walk away (Hauptplatz).

The room is unfurnished, so you can furnish and decorate it however you like. The landlord will provide a new refrigerator and stove. We will also arrange a washing machine for the apartment.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy female flatmate who would like to stay for at least one year.
