spacious 16sqm room for rent in 3 person shared flat from the 1st of March

I'm giving out my spacious 16sqm room for rent in 3 person shared flat from the 1st of March.

The room will be given out fully furnished for which there is a 700€ fee to be paid. It includes a 140x200 bed with a mattress, the bed also has a lot of storage. There is a closet, a dresser with a mirror, a desk with a chair and a vitrine with bookshelves and lots of storage space. So everything (other than the decorations, posters, books and my keyboard) is included. I'm only looking for someone that is willing to take over all the furniture, they are in great condition and most things have been bought only two years ago.

The flat has everything you need: a small but functional kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The hallway is pretty spacious and the building has an elevator. It’s a quiet neighborhood with free parking directly under the building, and there’s a BILLA right next door. The tram stop is about a 6 minute walk, and bus lines 41 and 43 are just 4 minutes away. You’ll be living with Sara and Xhesi. They both study at JKU and are looking for someone easygoing, who values a respectful and warm shared living space. They enjoy chatting, hanging out, and would love to become friends with the new flatmate rather than just co-exist :)) That being said, keeping things organized and clean is also extremely important. We are looking for someone that can move in on the 1st of March.
