We are looking for reliable subtenants for our lovely apartment in the center of Ottensheim while we are abroad from August 2026 to January 2027.

The furnished apartment is 77.6 m² and features a private planted garden/courtyard. It includes a spacious entrance area, kitchen, living and dining room, a storage room, hallway, a separate office room, bedroom, bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The building also has a shared laundry room with washing machines.

Ottensheim is located about 10 km from Linz and has very good public transport connections. The bus stop at the main square is only a few meters from the apartment. By bus, you can reach the main square Linz in about 20 minutes, and by train it takes about 15 minutes to Urfahr.

Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. There is a short-term parking zone in front of the building, free parking is available nearby.

One of the highlights is the close proximity to the Danube, which is only a short walk away and perfect for beautiful riverside walks and outdoor time. Ottensheim is a small town, but it offers many cultural and leisure opportunities, such as a cinema, local markets, concerts, clubs/associations, and various sports activities, ....
