Looking an apartment for a couple.

Hello Sir / Madam,

I am a prospective student for JKU to Winter Intake 2025. I am seeking an accommodation for me and my husband (couple) that available from August 2025 and we are from Sri Lanka. I am interested on your apartment and I would like to know more details as follows.

• Apartment rental period. Can you reserve the apartment for minimum 01 year rental period?

• Does include water bill, electricity bills and heating bill and other bills to this rental cost or not? If it is not how much rent we should pay total rental fee including all bills?

• What kind of equipment and furnitures provide to the apartment?

• Are you okay for live vedio tour (to build up belief of two side and getting an confirmation regarding the property)?
