JKU student from Brazil seeking a room in Linz from Sept. 2026 .

Hallo!

Mein Name ist Durval, ich bin 18 Jahre alt und komme aus Brasilien. Ab September 2026 werde ich an der Johannes Kepler Universität (JKU) in Linz studieren.

Ich suche ein Zimmer oder eine kleine Wohnung bis maximal 500 € pro Monat. Sowohl eine WG als auch eine Einzelwohnung kommen für mich infrage.

Die Unterkunft sollte idealerweise in der Nähe der JKU oder im Stadtzentrum von Linz liegen, mit guter Anbindung zur Universität.

Ich bin eine ruhige, freundliche, saubere und verantwortungsbewusste Person. Ich habe mein ganzes Leben mit meiner Mutter und meinen beiden Schwestern zusammengelebt. Deshalb bin ich es gewohnt, Räume mit anderen Menschen zu teilen und sowohl mein eigenes Zimmer als auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sauber und ordentlich zu halten. In Brasilien legen viele Familien großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Alltag, und diese Gewohnheiten habe ich von zu Hause mitgenommen. Ich rauche nicht, respektiere die Privatsphäre anderer und halte mich an die Regeln des Haushalts.

In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne, treibe Sport und lerne Deutsch. Mein Mietvertrag würde voraussichtlich für mindestens ein Jahr laufen.

Hello!

In Brazil, many families place a strong emphasis on cleanliness and keeping the home well maintained, and these are values I grew up with. I do not smoke, I respect other people's privacy, and I always try to contribute to a pleasant living environment.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, exercising and learning German. I am planning to stay in Linz for at least one year.
