We are renting out a cozy furnished room in a nice apartment at Linke Brückenstraße 12, Linz.

The room comes with a bed including mattress, a large wardrobe and a shelf. All furniture stays in the room and is included in the rent – there is no extra payment needed.

The room windows face the inside, so it is quiet even though the location is very convenient. You hardly hear any traffic noise.

Location

The location is perfect, especially for students. The tram/train stop is right next to the house. It takes around 10 minutes to JKU and also around 10 minutes to the city center.

Shared flat life

It is a 2-person shared flat, so you would only live with one other person. This makes the flat calm, comfortable and easy-going – no long waiting times for the bathroom/WC in the morning. 😊

Your flatmate is a male student studying IA at JKU.

The shared areas include a modern kitchen with dining area, a huge living room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and an entrance area with storage space.

Other information

The rent is all inclusive – utilities, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, etc. are already included. There are no additional monthly costs.

International students are very welcome. Registration at the apartment is possible without any problem, so getting a Meldezettel / registration confirmation is no issue.
