Wohnung gesucht ab Februar 2027

International student from Indonesia looking for accommodation in Linz from February 2027. I will study at JKU Linz. I am looking for a furnished room in a WG or a small apartment/Garconniere, preferably within 10–15 minutes of JKU by public transport. My budget is up to €700 per month. My Austrian residence permit application is currently being processed, and I need a rental agreement/proof of accommodation. I am looking for a long-term accommodation.
