Ich bin derzeit Studentin an der JKU Linz und suche ab dem nächsten Semester eine neue Unterkunft. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem WG-Zimmer oder einer kleinen Wohnung, idealerweise in Linz Urfahr oder im 4020er Bereich.

Budget: Max. €500/Monat (inkl. Betriebskosten)

Bevorzugt: Teilmöbliert, wenn möglich – eine Küche sollte vorhanden sein

Falls WG: Ich bin eine ordentliche, respektvolle und offene Mitbewohnerin, die gerne mit anderen zusammenlebt

Einzug: Ab September
