Umgebung: Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr grünen und ruhigen Gegend – perfekt, um nach der Uni abzuschalten oder in Ruhe zu lernen.

Atmosphäre: Sehr naturnah und ruhig, ideal für ein konzentriertes Studium.
