Room in a 3-room WG in the center of Linz

We ́re looking for someone to take the free room in our WG. The room is fully furnished, with bed, closet, big chest of drawers and a table with a chair. It ́s completely separated, so you don ́t have to go through other rooms to enter your room. From the window you have the view of the garden, that belongs to the apartment building, so it ́s very calm without any sounds from the street. The apartment is on the ground floor with the access to the garden. As shared spaces in the flat there are kitchen and a bathroom. The rent is 278€ - everything included, the deposit is 574€.
The apartment is situated in Linz right next to Hessenplatz. You have very fast and easy access to most of the transportations – all the trams and also some buses in within only 3-5minutes of walking, few minutes away: pharmacy, penny market and tankstelle 24h. Not far from our place also Lidl, Spar, Billa, BIPA.
You will share the flat with two italian girls, both students at Kunstuni: Sophie is studying at Visual Communication Department, Indiara is finishing her studies at Interface Cultures and working as a videographer.

We are passionate about art, culture and good food!

We often cook together, watch films, go to exhibitions or simply spend a quiet evening chatting and drinking tea. In summer we like to spend a lot of time in the garden where we organise aperitifs and lunches! The garden is a very quiet and cool place in summer, where you can have barbecues, sunbathe or even grow vegetables (we hope to experiment with growing tomatoes or salads for the first time this spring).

Please note that this is not a zweck wg! (= a wg where people have no personal interest in the other inhabitants of the house)
We are looking for someone who can not only share the flat with us but who has also an interest in us and with whom we can also share thoughtless and fun moments. We are looking for a calm, clean, quiet, open-minded person with who we can have a happy, drama-free cohabitation.
HARD FACTS:
-the room is already free and we are looking for someone that can move this month or in March-we speak english or italian (Sophie also speaks german)
-respect for the other people in the house and communication are fundamental
