Beautiful room in a 80 m2 shared flat for 3 people, very quiet area near JKU (no commission)

In Mid of February 2023 there will be a free room in an amazing 80 m2 large flat, therefore Thomas, (mechatronics, mostly in Vienna) and Nadeem (machine learning) are looking for a new flatmate. The landlord is a very nice person and there are no stupid extra fees when moving in. The contract is limited until 31.08.2025, but can be prolonged after consultation with the landlord. The room can also be handed over in January, if required.

Room

Your room (24 m2, south side) has access to a balcony (6 m2). The furniture (bed, table, cupboard, etc.) can be taken over from the previous tenant. The total costs for rent including operation costs (water, heating, etc.) are 415 Euro. The costs for electricity, internet and insurance there are approximately 30 Euro.

Interior

The flat is fully equipped, incl. kitchen, kitchen equipment, dishwasher, laundry machine, stove, oven, etc. Additionally, you have access to a small fitness room, a private basement compartment and bicycle room. 

Location

The flat is in an extremely quiet area (limited car access), near a cute creek. The tram station (Glaserstraße) is just 3 minutes away by walking and brings you to the university (3 min) as well to the city center (15 min). Nearby, there are several shops for food (Hofer, Spar, several bakeries, etc.)
