Shift supervisor for production (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Ensuring constant material availability in the assigned assembly area

Monitoring the system status and productivity

Monitoring the production process, the defined process specifications and product quality

Recognising errors and initiating corrective measures

Ongoing optimisation of existing workflows and evaluation of new processes

Collaboration in series production

Our requirements:

Successfully completed training

Several years of professional experience in a comparable position as a manager is an advantage

Willingness to work 2 shifts

Social skills and ability to work in a team

Very good IT skills and experience with ERP systems (Axapta an advantage)

Leadership skills, personal responsibility and enjoyment of work

Very good written and spoken German

We offer an attractive salary of between € 3,100 and € 3,500 gross per month (full-time basis), depending on qualifications and experience. If your desired salary differs from this, we look forward to getting to know you.
